Meetings
PTO General Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month, preceded by an Executive Board meeting and a meeting with the school’s administration. Committees & the Executive Board of the Parent-Teacher Organization meet on the 1st Monday of every month. ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO ALL PARENTS – everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
Communication
Below are the many ways the PTO reaches out to ensure regular contact and dissemination of information. The PTA President and Officers are also available to offer assistance (see the Contact page).

- hold and support fund-raising activities
- plan activities to sustain parent involvement and participation
- help provide access to information and resources
- hold monthly meetings
- run the Class Parent Representative program for direct access to each classroom
